Today after attending the women’s bible discussion/study, I’m inspired to post this video to share with my readers. I’ve send it to a few people in ANS, but it’s worth sharing it here. Edna brought up about this video and I’ve promised the girls that I would post this video here. This video was originally shared by one of my girlfriends, Melisa, it’s so touching that I believe that it would touch the hearts of believers and non believers alike.




My opinion/Explanation of the video:
In the beginning, God breath onto the human and gave her life. She came alive instantly and have a heartbeat. God teaches her movements and showed her the wonders and beauty of His creation. He provided all her needs, from the delicious scent of flowers to the beautiful birds in the sky. He also provided food for her to fill her stomach. She was pleased and content with her walk with the Creator.Then, a so called “Romeo” stepped into her life. Although she struggled at first and wanted to go back to God, she eventually gave in to the romantic gestures of the Romeo, focusing on her romance and put God aside. After romeo, her chase for money begins. Chasing high and low, jumping up and down to chase her fortune. Notice that when she finally got the money, money goes away again, and she gotta start chasing for it again. Party life begins with alcohol and getting drunk. She gave that up soon after that as she found no joy or happiness.Vain-ness stepped in after that. Looking beautiful and “model-like” became so important that she started doing things like vomiting to lose weight as she feels like she’s not beautiful enough.

Take note, despite all these, God is still behind, seeking for your attention and for you to come back to Him. Although she’s blinded with all the earthly things, God is still there, forever waiting for her to come back.

At last, when she feels so lost, the demon stepped in and encourage her to commit suicide. Although she tried to fight and go back to God, she can’t as she was blinded with earthly things. In my opinion, wanting her to go to hell. Coz the devil knows that although she has sinned, she could be forgiven my our Mighty God’s grace. By encouraging her to commit suicide, there’ll be no turning back if she has commit that sin. Because although it’s her own life, but she’ll be killing a life, something that’s so precious. Remember, the devil always wants to win us. Satan is happy when we sinned coz it would mean we’re one more step further from God.

Satan will keep tempting her until she make a strong decision to go back to God. See her holding up the gun? She could have pull the trigger and end it right there and then. But she made a strong decision to throw the gun away and run back to God. Of course, there’ll always be struggles, as we cannot always let go of our earthly things, earthly life, comfort zone. Earthly things always, always stands in between us and God. God would let you go through test and hurdles. But only how much you can handle. God knows your limit and He would not put you through something He knows you cannot handle. No matter what, God is still behind trying to pull you back to Him spiritually and emotionally. In His timing, He would step in and reveal himself to us when we seek Him. So, be patient when you seek Him during difficult moments. Like we all know, God eventually wins struggles as He is a MIGHTY GOD! Hallelujah!!!!
